Be someone's hero -- Volunteer!

Do you like to spend time outdoors with children? We need volunteers for our Kids Ranch Summer Day Camp.

Help kids grow a garden or explore nature trails or enjoy crafts or read in the great outdoors.

If you can help for a few hours a week during the summer, we would love to have you with us at Camp! Please contact us!

We also welcome maintenance help at our beautiful ranch property. Let us know your availability!

Do you have time to work with a child one or two times a week during the school year? If so, please contact us! We will train you to help a child learn to read using our unique phonics-based curriculum.

What does it mean to be a Kids Ranch tutor?

“It makes me feel so good inside to work with these kids...As we get to know each other better, we have lots of fun. I can watch the change from a child being embarrassed, maybe, a little defensive or very guarded, to being able to open up to me and share about his day at school. It’s an unbelievably good feeling to watch that change come about.

Before I came here, I was looking for a way to give back in my retirement because my wife and I have been greatly blessed. When I found out about Kids Ranch Literacy Program, I was immediately intrigued. And when I came to the ranch to watch how the kids are being tutored, I was hooked immediately! I also love sharing some of my experiences and my stories with my wife. She gets in on the joy of my experiences with the kids I tutor. I really love being a Kids Ranch tutor!”
